A tale of East meets the Far East, the iconic L’Eau d’Issey Pour Homme is transformed in this new interpretation. An intensely woody oriental signature laden with a sweet, addictive blend of amber and vanilla, its inspiration comes from the vision of a golden waterfall.
Opening notes of light, aromatic saffron and warming spices transition to a heart of luxurious leather and elegant dark woods, before the unforgettable dry down sets in. Amber and black vanilla create a smooth and comforting base that will linger on the skin, blending with soft woody, balsamic and bitter facets that make L’Eau d’Issey Noir Ambre a captivating scent.

This for Amber lovers. I find it similar to PDM Oajan. But this is more wearable. Oajan is more stronger. But don't take this one lightly. It is sweet and smells of saffron too. Definitely a winter fragrance start with lesser sprays and increase if only needed. Projection is strong, sillage is good too. After it dried down on the skin it gave Armani code Absolu vibes. Nothing synthetic about this one at all. Definitely a winter king.

This was my first purchase from this site and like most other reviews have pointed out it was delivered in 3 days. Coming to the fragrance, this was my first amber fragrance and it’s simply wow. As the description says, it was envisaged as a golden waterfall and man does it deliver. It’s got a sweet, smokey quality and the smell lasts a good 8 hours.

One of the best fragrances by Issey Miyake and my favourite one too!! If you’re a fan of Oud or woody smells then this is definitely a must have. Very Long lasting. In fact I couldn’t find it anywhere in India and was happy to see it on their website. Delivery was also very fast and it came with proper packaging too. Very Happy!!
