A splendid stroll through the forest with LEau dIssey formen. Strength, power, assured masculinity, the intense version goes all out onwoody notes. Primarily cedarwood, with its imposing presence, but also thesmooth and creamy delicacy of a subtle sandalwood scent.

The light-brown-tinted bottle lies in a forest mist. Withits wood finish striped with vibrant veins, the cap underlines the directconnection to the composition.

The top note is composed of spicy grapefruit, livelycardamom and the sharp freshness of elemi essence. The middle note contains the vigorous power of woodinterwoven with essences of Virginia cedarwood and sandalwood, alongside ambroxand the sweet flavour of apricot. The base notes convey intensity. A plethora of woods withessences of Haitian vetiver and patchouli against a musky backdrop to prolong along-lasting and robust sillage.

Intriguing, powerful, poetic, nature keeps being surprising. Cedarwood and sandalwoodoffset by the fresh tang of a grapefruit gives a double intensity. A fragrance that translatesthe generous and polymorphic sides of nature.

Issey Miyake fragrance | Issey Miyake started his company back in 1970. The designer was born in 1938 in Hiroshima and eventually became a young man with a refined sense of style and a special understanding of different fabrics. He was not afraid to go against the flow and leave behind outdated tradition - and it did pay off for him. In 1992 and after many successes in the fashion world, he entered the world of perfumery. With his fragrances, Miyake aimed to celebrate women as well as Japanese tradition, culture and nature.

Lately the brand has been producing perfume for both women and men. Try the mysterious L’Eau d’Issey Bleue pour Homme or the classically feminine L’Eau d’Issey.
