How the team least care about customer service. They only sell products. No concern if the packages reach to the customers safe and sent without damaged . They doesn’t care to give service. My experience was very bad. I was hoping atleast they would reply to my msgs. More than a month it has been and no return initiated more replied to my msgs. Not a trustable website. When one is paying more than Rs.3000/- atleast it is expected that we get our orders in proper and undamaged condition.
Such a bad experience with the customer care team of Friday charm. I bought nafais sharq for gifting purpose as i was a regular customer from this website. But the package came damaged. I reached out to the Fridaycharm team through mail, call and whatsapp. They assured me that they will initiate a return process and send a fresh piece. It’s been more than a month now. I have been trying to reach out to them but there is no response from their team. Such a bad experience. They are selling products but no customer service. No responsibilities and decency atleast respond and reply . I am never buying from this website ever again. And will be suggesting to friends and family not to trust fridaycharm to buy perfumes because there are several other trustable websites to buy perfume from. I hope the fridaycharm team read this comment and reach out to me for an apology.

All our products are sourced from the brand or the distributors of the brand. Also the average expriry date of all our products would be between 2 to 3 years.
2. Can the products be returned?
Yes you can return the product if there is any manufactuiring defect or any in transit damage, due to courier handling.

Open the cap of the perfume bottle. Hold the bottle upright and 10 cm away from your body. Spray on your chest, armpits, and neck to smell good all day. Avoid the eye area while applying.

In General, Perfume dont have an expiry date, From the 1st time its Sprayed, from that time to 36-48 Months (3-4 years) is the general Shelf life (mentioned below every perfume Bottle/box) of the fragrance, Even after that they dont expire if they are stored properly in a cool and dry place.
