Refund policy


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Opened and tempered article will not be refunded or returned

FridayCharm would always try to make your shopping experience a happy one. In any case you are dis-satisfied with our services or order received; we would try our best to solve the issue at earliest without any hassle for you.

We assure you that all products sold on FridayCharm are brand new and genuine ( Read Our Customers Review On Google ). In case a product received by you is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our Returns & Cancellations policies have got you covered.

There may be these three common situation for cancellation/refund :

  1. Order has not been shipped yet : Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled partially or fully. The amount paid by you (if it is a prepaid order) would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 7-10 days.
  2. Order was damaged when received: We do our best with packaging to ensure that product reaches you in same condition as visible on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace or cancel your order under such circumstance. We would request you to let us know of the damage the day you receive it. 
  3. Incorrect items received: We make sure to fulfil right order. In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will either replace product received with correct ones or issue the refund.
